Today our order arrived , so I was able to make some trial cupcakes. In a way I succeeded; they have a nice colour, lovely flavours and nice constistency. Unfortanetely, the topping did not succeed nicely. Next time I will make the icing thicker, so that the toppings are looking more "ICED". They have the fragrances : Pear combined with blackberries.

Ui, die sehen aber lecker aus! Hast du das mit diesem berühmten Meringue Powder aus Amerika gemacht? Wird die gespritzte Oberfläche hart? Ich hab meine am Samstag gemacht und sie sind immer noch am trocknen. Aber es macht viel Spass, nicht wahr?
